This double-layer gas convection oven features two enamel baking trays with four adjustable wire racks. Each oven chamber has 11 slide rails for rack placement. The oven temperature is adjustable from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It includes a 60-minute electronic timer with a chime and a dual-circulation fan. The oven also features a microswitch that allows for complete closing upon opening the door and an automatic ignition system.
